Death and other Details Season 1 — Dollhouse

Dollhouse Build

Designer: James Philpott, Props Master: Keej Mullen. We worked under the leadership of Kalpana Productions with the brilliant talent of Marcus Rush, Caila Anderson, Rob Warren and Sarah Thomas, and substantial contributions from the Construction and Art Department. Sunroom Relic was delighted to offer project management and technical support for this ambitious project. The Death and other Details doll house is a realistic recreation of the actual sets in miniature form. All of the furniture was 3d scanned and adjusted for viability with 3d printing. CNC technology was also utilized to machine the rooms. Moulds and countless casts were made to create the various textures of the building.

Riverdale Season 5 — Pagan Masks

Pagan Masks – natural found materials, bark molds and resin casts

Production Designer: Dustin Farrell, Props Master: Andras Bagoly. We carefully selected natural materials to hand craft these masks. By blending organic elements with durable resins, we ensured that each mask could withstand the strain of active performers and hold up to the elements. Drawing also from our library of tree bark molds, we carefully built a distinct personality into each mask.

Production Designer: Dustin Farrell, Props Master: Andras Bagoly. We hand sculpted these masks out of clay and cast each one multiple times. This process gave the masks an added uncanny, handmade effect. We were very happy with the campy creepiness that they brought to the Riverdale world.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 4 — Imp

The Imp of the Perverse – polymer clay and resin casting

Production Designer: Lisa Soper, Props Master: Keej Mullen. Made out of polymer clay, this is one of Sunroom Relics favourite contributions to the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina story world. Working closely with Keej Mullen, We designed and fabricated this gnarly wish granting creature. It was very satisfying when we knew that we captured its devious character and intent to unravel the fabric of reality. it was also a lot of fun experimenting with casting materials for the SPFX explosion of this troublesome beast.
